 I.    APPROVAL OF MINUTES  -  Meeting 3/23/10
        Site Walk 4/03/10– 65 and 67 Umpawaug Rd., F. Talcott & J. Langford

II.    Public Meeting:  Referral from Selectmen.  Addition to Police Station.
                                            
III.    ADMINISTRATIVE
1.  Request for Lot Line Revision 65 and 67 Umpawaug Road.  Robert Fuller, Esq. representing Frank Talcott and Jodi Langford.  Continued.
2.  Alteration to Lot Development Plan which has been completed.  Reference Application #516 Lot One. Sean Keenan, 417 Rock House Road Plan .  To Discuss.  
3. Subdivision Regulation Revisions:  
  • Section V  final review.   
  • Section VI, VII, VIII  Commissioner’s findings sent to J.  Hayes.  Awaiting his comments.  
4.  Incentive Housing Zones.  R. Dean, N. King.    Report on site inspection in Old Saybrook.  Discussion of schedule for Redding’s implementation.     
        5.  Road Regulations – progress report.  N. King
        6.  Referral from Zoning.  Horse Barn/Riding Arena.  TO VOTE.  
        7.  Referral from Easton.  Amendments to Zoning Flood Plain Regulations. TO VOTE.
    
 IV.    APPLICATION FOR RECEIPT:  NO DISCUSSION:  SCHEDULE PRESENTATION
        1.  Subdivision Application #523, 12 Old Mill Road, Georgetown.
        Gianovincenzo Marsili, 0.57 acres into two lots.

        1.  Scenic Road Monitoring - Reports from Commissioners.
2.   TPCD Recommendations.  Subcommittee Priority Recommendations for future action on each Chapter, where pertinent, goals should be stated in terms of low impact development.
