  I.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES  -  Meeting 3/09/10
                                                                    

 II.  ADMINISTRATIVE
        1.  Request for Lot Line Revision 65 and 67 Umpawaug Road.  Robert Fuller, Esq. representing Frank Talcott and Jodi Langford.

        2.  Request from David Streit.  Discussion regarding help from the
       Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of
        Public Health to reduce deer levels to the Town’s goals.  Draft letter
       to DEP for Redding Planning Commission approval.        

   3.   Subdivision Regulation Revisions:  
        Section V  comments needed from Commissioners and John Hayes on Counsel’s review.   
        Section VI, VII, VIII  Commissioner’s findings sent to J.  Hayes.  Awaiting his comments.  

    4.   Incentive Housing Zones.  Rob, Nancy.  Discussion of public awareness.

   5.    Road Regulations – progress report.  N. King

    6.   TPCD Recommendations.  Subcommittee Priority Recommendations for future action on each Chapter, where pertinent, goals should          be stated in terms of low impact development.

III.  PENDING
        1.  Reference Application #510, Lot 2, Jay Addison, 25 Starrs Ridge Road.  
        Request for tennis court outside Buildable Area.  Discussion pending new map.  
        2.  Scenic Road Monitoring - Reports from Commissioners.

     IV.    CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
          1.  4/8/10 Meeting with Christine Nelson re I.H.Z’s Old Saybrook at 4:00 p.m.  Commission to decide details of timing.
