 I.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES -     Meeting 2/09/10
                                                Meeting 2/23/10 Cancelled

II.  ADMINISTRATIVE
                1.  Scenic Road Monitoring - Reports from Commissioners

                2.  Creation of Ad Hoc Committees to study parking needs and sewage
                     capacity for future East Main Street and Old Mill Road building line
                     for consideration and recommendation to Selectmen

                3.  Road Regulations – progress report.  T. Welles, N. King

        4.  Subdivision Regulation Revisions:  
  • Section V comments needed from Commissioners and John Hayes on Counsel’s review.   
  • Section VI, VII, VIII Commissioner’s findings sent to J.  Hayes.  Awaiting his comments.  
        5.  TPCD Recommendations
  • Subcommittee Priority Recommendations for future action on each Chapter, where pertinent, goals should be stated in terms of low impact development.
  • Chapter 9:  Proposal re Incentive Housing Zones sent to Selectmen by J. Hayes.  Rob, Nancy.  Discussion.
                         6.  Referral from Zoning:  21 Deer Hill Road, Michael and Lynnae Marushak,
                               Application #21, Lot L 15.  To create a level play area, moving over 700
                              cubic yards of fill.  License #09-36.

                               III.  PENDING
                         1.  Reference Application #510, Lot 2, Jay Addison, 25 Starrs Ridge Road.  
                                          Request for tennis court outside Buildable Area.  Discussion pending new  map.

 IV.  CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
        1.  Report on 2/11 Saugatuck River Watershed Meeting. T. Welles.
        2.  Station Road Bridge progress.
        3.  Peter Olson, Esq. new counsel.
