I.      APPROVAL OF MINUTES  -  Meeting of  6/12/07


II.     ADMINISTRATIVE

                                  1.   Reference Application #459, Hedgerow Reserve, Lot #9, 32 Sunnyview Drive.  J. Slattery
    and M. Holmes.  Evergreens planted.  Deciduous not planted yet.  Site Walks on individual
     basis.

                                   2.   Scenic Road Complaint, 58 Marchant Road, Althea Piteo.  Modifications approved 1/23/07.
     Reminder letter sent 5/07/07.  Ivy planted.  Needs removal of arch and additional plantings.

3.   Reference Application #424, Lot #2   3 Charlie Hill Road.  Paul Garavel owner.  Redding
      Planning Commission letter sent 5/7/07.   Site Walks on individual basis.

4.      207 Poverty Hollow Road.  James and Jeanne Billett owners, Robert Liesegang agent.
       Request to remove two trees and construct a stone wall.  Awaiting survey of front line from
      applicant.

5.      Poverty Hollow Road, a Designated Scenic Road.   Highway Department ditch reconstructed.  Road milled.  T. Welles Memo.  

6.   N. Burnham’s report on road drainage and widening for incorporation into the Road
      Regulations.  

7.         Riverbend amendment to Planning letter.  Reports from J. MacBroom and J. Hayes.

8.      Request to rebuild stone wall at 180 Umpawaug Road.  Stuart and Susan Green, owners
      Georgina Scholl, agent.  Completed.  Site Inspection needed.

9.  Scenic Road Monitoring including signs.

                                10.  Umpawaug Road Restoration  Boulders.  Discussion

1.   Request to rebuild wall, 233 Umpawaug Road.  Robert Far owner.

2.      Request to rebuild wall and landscape, 48 Cross Highway.
