Redding Park and Recreation – Regular Meeting Minutes

PRESENT: Chairperson-Lee Morgan, Shannon Craley, Greg Frierson, Susan Goldman, Liz Sager,
Kim Taylor
STAFF: Rob Blick, Director
The meeting was called to order at 8:14 p.m.
The Minutes from December 15, 2008 were reviewed and unanimously approved on motion of Ms. Craley and second of Ms. Taylor.
DIRECTORS REPORT: Mr. Blick discussed the outcome of his budget presentation to the Board of Finance. Highlights included online registration for approximately $11,000 and $12,500 for replacement in the spring of the tennis court fence. Mr. Blick has budgeted for a $1,200 repair in this year’s budget. Overall, Mr. Blick and those Commission members present at that meeting felt that it went smoothly.
LETTERS AND CORRESPONDENCE: There were no letters or correspondence.
The Commission went into Executive Session at 8:35 p.m. to discuss survey responses and comments.
The Commission exited Executive Session at 9:47 p.m.
The next scheduled meeting will be a Regular Meeting scheduled for February 23, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 9:47 p.m.
