Dear Concert on the Green Sponsor,
The Redding Concert on the Green series has become a wonderful summer tradition in our Town for many years. This has been possible through the continued financial support of our major sponsors. This year, event sponsors will receive more recognition than ever before -- we have again teamed up with 98Q (WDAQ Danbury), a local radio station, to help promote these events and our sponsors.
Our main “Title” sponsors, with a donation of $500 or more, will receive 9 radio commercials during the week leading up to their sponsored Redding Concert event. In addition, you will have signage at the event, permission to set up a sponsor table or booth, and your company will be mentioned in our local newspaper press releases as well as having a business card advertisement in the Concert on the Green event brochure.
Co-sponsors, with a donation of $300, will receive 3 radio commercials during the week leading up to their sponsored event, the right to set up a sponsor table or booth and signage at the event. In addition, your business will also be mentioned in local newspaper press releases as well having a business card advertisement in the Concert on the Green event brochure.
Running from June 12 through August 28, the Concert on the Green series traditionally draws 300-400 residents from Redding and surrounding towns. This is a great community-wide occasion that residents have come to enjoy. Continuing this summer tradition with your sponsorship will make our summer series an even better community event.

Concert Donation and Sponsorship forms can be accepted at any time.
Donation Forms received after the deadlines below will be acknowledged in the weekly concert inserts and in the fall Park and Recreation brochure.
Sponsorship Benefit Deadlines
- Business Card sized Advertisements for our Concert Program are accepted until May 26
- Radio Copy Sponsor Information Forms must be submitted 10 days before the concert
