NOTICE OF ANNUAL DISTRICT MEETING
MAY 10, 2011
The voters eligible to vote at meetings of the Georgetown Special Taxing District in the Town of Redding, Connecticut (the “District”), are hereby warned and notified that the Annual District Meeting will be held at the Redding Town Hall, 100 Hill Road, Redding, Connecticut on Tuesday, May 10, 2010, at 11:30 a.m. for the following purposes:
ITEM 1 – To approve the proposed budget for fiscal year 2011/2012 in the amount of $1,978,653. A copy of the proposed budget resolution is available for public inspection at the District Clerk’s office.
ITEM 2 – To elect the officers and directors of the District for the next one (1) year term, for the period from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
