1. To receive an update from the District Vice President on the sale of the tax liens from the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 to pay off the outstanding Tax Anticipation Note.
2. To discuss the possible sale of a tax anticipation note for the taxes due from the taxpayer for the current (7/1/09 to 6/30/10) fiscal year.
3. To schedule a Special District Meeting for _____________, October ___, 2009 at _______ A.M. to authorize the sale and issuance of the District’s Tax Anticipation Note for the taxes due from the taxpayer for the current (7/1/09 to 6/30/10) fiscal year.
