B. New Business.
1. To receive an update from the District Vice President on the sale of the outstanding tax liens.
2. To authorize the District Vice President to sell the tax liens to Brownfield Renaissance Partners, a related entity or to another third party pursuant to the terms and conditions of the sale as determined by the Vice President.
3. To appoint a member to the District Board of Directors and a Treasurer to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Patricia Moisio.
4. To appoint another member to the Board of Directors to fill the remaining vacancy.
