Special Board of Finance meeting
January 4, 2008

Vice Chair Joe Dolan called the meeting to order at 5:06pm. On his motion, seconded by Frank DeSalvo, the board went into Executive Session to discuss real estate offers on Heritage House. First Selectman Natalie Ketcham and Margi Esten were invited to attend.
The board returned to public session at 5:20 pm
Motion: Nick Simeonidis moved that the Board of Finance accept the offer as presented and recommended by the First Selectman to purchase 9 Cross Highway, known as Heritage House, and that First Selectman Natalie Ketcham be authorized to execute all documents through the closing on behalf of the town in this transaction. Frank DeSalvo seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
No other business was conducted and the meeting adjourned at 5:25 pm.
