REDDING BOARD OF FINANCE
SPECIAL MEETING

Mr. Cotton called the May 8, 2007 meeting to order at 8:30 pm in the Arts & Craft Room of the Community Center.
MILL RATE
Mr. Cotton announced the budget referendum was successfully passed for the Town’s budget, the Region #9 Board of Education budget, and the additional question regarding funding for Region #9. Mr. Cotton provided a work sheet of the process of arriving at the mill rate.
Motion: move that the Redding Board of Finance retain the same mill rate as the previous year, 0.02274 for fiscal year 2007-2008. DeSalvo, Alvarez. Approved. Unanimous.
ADJOURNMENT
The Chair adjourned the meeting at 8:32 pm.
