Mr. Cotton called the March 1, 2007 meeting to order at 8:34 pm in the Community Room of the John Read Middle School
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion: move to approve the minutes of January 31, 2007 as submitted. Alvarez, Dolan,.Approved. 3-0-1. DeSalvo abstained
YEAR TO DATE FINANCIALS & CONTROLLER’S REPORT
The financial documents were distributed.
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
The 2005-2006 Annual Report was distributed.
ADJOURNMENT
The Chair adjourned the meeting at 8:42 pm.
