Minutes of the Board of Ethics Meeting
September 1, 2010

Members Present:

1. The meeting was called to order by Walter King at 5:00 p.m., a quorum being present.
2. Minutes of the meeting on March 3, 2010 were previously distributed to members and were approved unanimously.
3. The next meeting will be held at 5:00PM on December 1, 2010 at the Town Office Building.
4. There was no new business to be considered by the Board.
5. The Board discussed the complaint of Dr. Candace Benyei, which was acted upon at the June 8, 2010 meeting of the Board.
6. Adjournment at 5:30 PM by unanimous agreement.
