1. The meeting was called to order by Walter King at 5:00 p.m., a quorum being present.
2. This meeting was called to consider the complaint of Dr. Candace Benyei. Mr. King had drafted a response to Dr. Benyei which was reviewed by members present and modified accordingly.
3. The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
