Minutes of the Board of Ethics Special Meeting
October 25, 2009

1. The meeting was called to order by Emily d’Aulaire at 1:30 p.m., a quorum being present.
2. Chairman Emily d’Aulaire had previously distributed to members a request for an advisory opinion related to a matter of the Board of Education member candidate whose spouse is employed by the Board of Education.
3. After discussion by the Board, a resolution was proposed by the Chairman and unanimously approved. Such Resolution is appended.
4. Adjournment at 2:15 PM by unanimous agreement.
