Minutes of the Board of Ethics Meeting
March 5th, 2008

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m., a quorum being present.
2. Minutes of the meeting on December 5th, 2007 were read and approved unanimously.
3. The board reviewed the meeting dates for 2008.
4. Olga Selleck will be leaving the Board, as required by the Code of Ethics, after this meeting.
5. The board unanimously elected Walter King as secretary.
6. Adjournment by unanimous agreement
