Minutes of the Board of Ethics Meeting
July 26, 2007

1. Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm, a quorum being present, by Dr. Kotch
2. Minutes of the meeting of June 27, 2007 were approved
3. Correspondence from Drs. Christian and Candace Benyei was reviewed and discussed.
4. Motion: That Dr. Einstein draft a letter to the complainants, to be approved and signed by the Chairman before being sent. This letter will explain the technical procedures required by the Code of Ethics for receiving complaints and ask for clarification as to whom or which Town departments the complainants want investigated. Selleck, Kotch. Approved unanimously.
5. Adjournment was at 5:25 PM. The next meeting will be held as scheduled by the Board’s calendar or sooner if a response requiring action is received from the complainants.
