BOARD OF ETHICS
AGENDA FOR SPECIAL MEETING ON DECEMBER 1, 2010
This serves notice that a special meeting of the Board of Ethics will take place at the Town Office Building on December 1, 2010 at 4:30 PM for the following purposes.
1. Approval of meeting minutes of June 8, 2010 & September 1, 2010
2. Election of officers – Chair (Currently - Wally King), Vice Chair (Currently - Elaine Wyden) & Secretary (currently - Linda Kotch). I intend to propose the same slate of officers for one more year.
3. New Business either bought to the Board or raised by its members
4. Meeting dates for year 2011 will be March 2, 2011; September 7, 2011: & December 7, 2011 – all at 5:00 PM Town Hall
