This serves notice that a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Ethics will take place at the Town Office Building at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, for the following purposes:
1. Approval of minutes of regular meeting of September 2, 2009 and the special meeting~ of October 25, 2009 (minutes attached)
2. Welcome new members (if appointed by then)
3. Election of officers ( Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary), through and including December 2010
4. Approval of Budget, fiscal year July 1, 2010-June 30, 2011
5. Selection of meeting dates through and including December 2010
6. New business either brought to the Board or raised by its members
7. Adjournment
