This serves notice that a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Ethics will take place at the Town Office Building at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, for the following purposes:
1. Approval of minutes of the meeting of September 5, 2008
2. Welcome new members (if appointed by then)
3. Election of officers (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary) through and including December 2009
4. Approval of Budget, fiscal year July 1, 2009-June 30, 2010
5. Selection of meeting dates through and including December 2009
6. New business either brought to the Board or raised by its members.
7. Adjournment
