Final draft revisions will be made in time for the October 26th presentation. A press release will be drafted and flyers will be distributed. There are sponsors for refreshments and decorations. Commission members will also be responsible for registration, taking pictures during the presentation, items for a light supper, and contacting local clubs and organizations.
