MINUTES
Tuesday, December 7, 2010
7:30 p.m. – Old Town House
Present: David Pattee, Chairman; Jeremiah Ross; William Hill; Stuart Green; Joseph Beres; Wallace Perlman.
Absent: Victor DeMasi
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -Minutes of November 16, 2010
Site Walk 11/20/10-Lynn Peters, 291 Redding Road
On the motion of W. Perlman and the second of S. Green, the Commission voted unanimously to approve the 11/16/10 Minutes as submitted.
On the motion of W. Perlman and the second of J. Ross, the Commission voted to approve the 11/20/10 Site Walk Minutes as submitted. W. Hill abstained.
II. REGULATORY
Application #10-25, Lynn Peters, 291 Redding Road. Received 11/16/10. Discussion and possible vote on an application to construct a driveway within the regulated area, and associated house, well and septic. Site Walk 11/20/10.
Ms. Peters was present. Site Walk findings were reviewed.
On the motion of W. Perlman and the second of J. Ross, the Commission voted unanimously to approve Application #10-25.
III. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
D. Pattee reviewed his meeting with S. Green and Jere and Jane Ross re: job description for part-time land manager. This item will be discussed at the 12/17/10 Land Trust meeting.
D. Pattee submitted the meeting schedule for 2011. He noted that there is one meeting in the month of April.
D. Pattee provided a deer report update.
S. Green will contact the Fire Marshall re: burning ordinance.
On the motion of J. Ross and the second of W. Perlman, the Commission voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
