The Commission inspected the property starting at the north end of the house. The septic tank and leaching pits had not yet been located and marked. The Commission proceeded to the rear of the house and to the watercourse. Mr. Rucolas indicated that the roof drains will likely be added to the drainage system which would require a shift in the discharge location. Mr. Rucolas will locate the septic system components to satisfy the Health Department and prepare a revised drawing of the project.
The site inspection ended at 9:15 am.
