EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pending Litigation, John Lambrech v. Redding Conservation Commission
Executive Session was tabled.
Present: David Pattee, Chairman; Jeremiah Ross; Frederick Schroeder; Joseph Beres; Victor DeMasi; Wallace Perlman.
Absent: William Hill
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -Minutes of August 17, 2010
Site Walk Minutes, Town of Redding, 37 Lonetown Road
On the motion of W. Perlman and the second of F. Schroeder, the Commission voted unanimously to approve the 8/17/10 Minutes as submitted.

II. REGULATORY
Permit #07-32, John and Jennifer Lambrech, 336 Newtown Turnpike. Action on Notice of Violation and resolution of appeal.
Discussion tabled pending submission of information and attendance by Mr. and Mrs. Corning.
Application #10-21, Town of Redding (owners), Donald Takacs (Ch. Athletic Fields Committee, agent), 37 Lonetown Road, Redding Community Center. Received 8/17/10. Discussion and possible vote on an application for Athletic Field Improvements, Redding Community Center, Field No. 2 within the regulated area. Site Walk 8/27/10.
D. Takacs was present along with Barry Blades and Rob Blick. Mr. Blades submitted and reviewed new plans. After review of Commission concerns, the applicant was requested to consider the possibility of moving the field slightly to the south and to determine what the wetlands impact would be. Discussion will continue at the next meeting.
Application #10-22, Thomas F. and Teresa M. Healy, 87 Marchant Road. To receive and discuss an application to dredge pond and repair dam/retaining wall.
Mr. Healy was present. He displayed the drawing and reviewed the proposal.
A Site Walk was scheduled for Fri., 9/10/10 at 5:30 p.m.
Permit #05-45, CIBC Holding Corporation (owners), Kenneth Brooks (agent), 711-715 Redding Road. Request to extend existing Permit to construct the Calvary Independent Baptist Church within the regulated area.
An agent for the Calvary Independent Baptist Church was present.
On the motion of W. Perlman and the second of J. Beres, the Commission voted unanimously to approve the extension of Permit #05-45.
ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST
Costa Stergue, 24 Costa Lane. Action on work performed in flagged wetlands.
Mr. Stergue was not present. Discussion will continue pending attendance by Mr. Stergue.
III. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
Discussion of proposed signs for litter disposal. The Commission concurred that there is a jurisdictional issue regarding maintenance.
On the motion of V. DeMasi and the second of W. Perlman, the Commission voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 p.m.
