The Commission began its inspection at the pond. The quantity of silt behind the dam was noted. Two areas downstream of the dam for pump-around discharges were observed. The small dam upstream was also inspected and the area for the forebay was noted. The proposed stockpile area was also observed.
The site inspection ended at 5:45 pm.
