The Commission began its inspection on Topstone Road by first inspecting the inlet to the catch basin system from the swale. The three catch basins were inspected (one was completely clogged with debris). The path of the proposed new pipe across the Murphy property was walked down to the wetlands behind the garage.
The site inspection ended at 5:45 pm.
