The Commission began its inspection at the north side of the Portland Avenue/North Main Street intersection to observe the headwall at Gilbert Bennett Brook. The Commission then proceeded to the south end of Main Street to Rte. 57 where the proposed sidewalk along Rte. 57 is proposed. The steepness of the embankment down to the brook was noted.
The site inspection ended at 5:55 pm.
