The Commission inspected the first section of the new wall that has been installed and then inspected the location of the proposed continuation of the wall. Field conditions did not appear to match the paper plan conditions in that the existing wall may be further from the house than planned. The addition would be further from the pool fence than shown. Mr. Cordle will review and verify measurements and supply the Commission with additional information.
The Commission also determined that the pool filter is D.E. filter with a hosed discharge towards the wetlands. Mr. Cordle will obtain information regarding replacement with a cartridge type filter with a no-discharge backwash.
The site inspection ended at 6:40 pm.
