The Commission began the site inspection by locating the southern property line and noting that the fill material that went past that line. The Commission walked along the toe of the slope to inspect the end that had not been filled by Mr. Keenan. Mr. Keenan pointed out stakes the he felt indicated the line where the previous owner had placed fill material.
The site inspection ended at 9:15 am.
