The Commission inspected the area of the violation cited in the November 24, 2009 letter from R. Flanagan to C. Stergue. Material (leaves and soil) had been pushed into an area abutting the wetlands as well as brush into the wetlands. The wetlands had been flagged.
The site inspection ended at 9:35 am.
