The commission inspected the area of the construction. The two rows of silt fence were noted. The excavated material will be used to backfill the foundation and to regrade the back lawn area. The sharp drop-off at the rear of the lawn was noted, as were the wetlands below.
The site inspection ended at 9:20 am.
