The Commission inspected the area on the upstream side of the driveway at the culverts. S. Herman pointed out the broken end of the large pipe that will be replaced. The work will consist of removing a portion of the driveway down to the streambed and creating a new headwall with large concrete construction blocks.
The site inspection ended at 9:10 am.
