The Commission began its inspection by locating the existing septic tank and leach field. The proposed location for the replacement field was observed and the proximity to the wetlands was noted. The Commission proceeded to inspect the areas of the other deep test hole locations to the rear of the property. It appeared that no testing was done at the location of the existing leach field.
The site inspection ended at 9:40 am.
