The Commission inspected the area of the proposed garage addition. The wetlands area at the base of the slope was inspected. The Commission concluded that the area was wetlands and that the garage addition would be a regulated activity. B. Chariott was advised of this and that the application would be on the agenda for the next meeting of the Commission.
The site inspection ended at 6:15 pm.
