The Commission began its inspection by looking at the pond from the Corning’s lawn. The discoloration of the pond was noted. The Commission proceeded along the trail on the south side of the pond to the inlet stream and observed the sand and silt deposition at the inlet of the pond. The Commission continued to inspect the upslope area up to and including the Lambrech’s driveway. The silt deposition in areas was observed. The condition of the sediment and erosion controls was noted.
The site inspection ended at 5:45 pm.
