The Commission inspected the large soil stockpile area on the west side of the property. The pile appears to be placed upon the proposed code compliant septic area. The embankment area at the rear of the house that will have 3 retaining walls was also inspected. The wetlands areas at the pond were observed. The area of the proposed infiltration system was inspected. The existing stormwater street drainage areas were inspected.
The site inspection ended at 6:45 pm.
