   II.    PUBLIC HEARING – TO CONTINUE

        Application #11-22, Costa Stergue, 24 & 25 Costa Lane.  To continue Public Hearing on an application for wetland activities             associated with a proposed seven lot subdivision.

   III.   REGULATORY

            Application #11-22, Costa Stergue, 24 & 25 Costa Lane.  Received 10/04/11.   Discussion and possible vote on an application for     wetl              and activities associated with a proposed seven lot subdivision. Site Walk 10/16/11.  Discussion 11/01/11.  Public Hearing Opened                   12/06/11.  Continued 12/20/11; 1/03/12.  Received letter granting a 34-day extension.  Discussion 1/17/12.

          Application #12-01, Douglas Geyer (owner) Daniel Falls; Chris Falls (agent), 8 Bridle Road.  Receive 1/17/12.  Discussion and possible             vote on an application for a septic repair within the regulated area.  Site Walk 1/28/12.

         Application #12-02, Margo Gross (owner), Daniel Falls; Chris Falls (agent), 174 Black Rock Turnpike.  To receive and discuss an                      application for a septic repair within the regulated area.
