II. REGULATORY
Application #11-01, Jan and Sue Dorenbosch 6 Charlie Hill Lane. To receive and discuss an application to clear brush and some trees to create a lawn in two sections of property and to apply about 250 yards of topsoil for regrading in the regulated area.
Application #11-02, Richard Tompkins (owner), Northpoint Construction (Mark Giumarra, agent), 15 Silversmith Lane. To receive and discuss an application to replace existing deck area with a roof-covered porch; install in-ground propane tank; remove decayed shed and remove invasive species within the regulated area.
