Application #10-15, Connor and Virginia Murphy, (owners), 11 Topstone Road and adjacent Town R-O-W,  Town of Redding, Natalie Ketcham (agent).  Received 6/15/10.   Discussion and possible vote on an application for Drainage Improvements to Topstone Road.  Site Walk 6/21/10.  Discussion 7/06/10.  Public Hearing to open 8/03/10.

Permit #05-25, Erik Hoaglund, 471 Newtown Turnpike.  Request to renew existing Permit to construct dwelling, driveway and well within the regulated area.

Application #10-16, Mely LLC (owners), New Canaan Design Partners (agent), 15 Main Street, Georgetown.  Received 7/06/10.   Discussion and possible vote on an application for demolition of existing superstructure and site stabilization within the regulated area.  Site Walk 7/09/10.
