II.         REGULATORY

Application #10-02, Paul Shiverick, 226 Poverty Hollow Road.  Receive 3/16/10. Discussion and possible vote on an application to dredge 500’ +/- of the Aspetuck River of sedimentation.  Site walk 4/02/10.

Application #10-03, Town of Redding (owner), WMC Consulting Engineers (agents), Station Road.  Received 3/16/10. Discussion and possible vote on an application for repair of the Station Road Bridge.  Site Walk 4/02/10.

Application #10-04, Michael and Nancy Ciardullo, 3 Bayberry Lane.  To receive and discuss an application for excavation of building area for basement and foundation.  Framing and building for extension of kitchen within the regulated area.

Application #10-05, Joseph and Phyllis Liguori, 9 Sunset Hill Road.  To receive and discuss an application for pond dredging.
