 II.  REGULATORY

Barry A. and Carole Smith, 4 Woodland Drive Ext.  re Disturbance to Regulated Wetland       Area.  Discussion 4/21/09.  Site Walk 4/26/09.  Discussion 5/05/09; 5/19/09; 6/02/09.

Application #09-09, Joseph and Phyllis Liguori, 9 Sunset Hill Road.  Receive 5/05/09.   Discussion and possible vote on an application to renovate current home and build an extension of the premises including site work for patio, stone walls and drainage, etc. within the regulated area.  Site Walk 5/11/09.  Discussion 5/19/09, 6/02/09.

Application #09-11, Rod Cordle, 4 Rob Rider Road.  To receive and discuss an application to install a 30’ x 100’ retaining wall on north side of property within the regulated area.
