        II.  REGULATORY

License #07-32, John and Jennifer Lambrech, 336 Newtown Turnpike.  Status on project progress.   Discussion 3/17/09; 4/07/09.

Application #09-05, New Pond Foundation (owner), Ann Taylor, Executive Director (agent), 101 Marchant Road.  Received 4/07/09.  Discussion and possible vote on an application for establishing a bog garden for carnivorous plants – an Eagle Scout Project, within the regulated area.  Site Walk 4/11/09.
