 Application #07-13, Marlene and Christopher Kopec, 49 Deacon Abbott Road.  
                Receive 6/19/07. Discussion and possible vote on an application to install an inground
                         swimming pool approximately 77’ from a  wetland.  Site Walk 6/22/07.

 Application #07-14 Paul Shiverick/Matt Meehan (owners), North Point Construction  
  (Mark  Giumarra), agent, 226 Poverty Hollow Road and 230 Poverty Hollow Road.
 Received 6/19/07.   Discussion and possible vote on an application to cut back briar,
  remove dead wood and to remove debris piles.  Site Walk 6/22/07.

 Application #07-15, Jarl Granskog (owner), North Point Construction (Mark
  Giumarra), agent.  264 Newtown Turnpike.  Receive 6/19/07. Discussion and possible
  vote on an application to remediate small runoff at holding pond from road and
 property ground water.  Site Walk 6/22/07.

 Application #07-16, Kelly Bower (owner), Joseph P. Martin, Jr. (agent), 285 Poverty
 Hollow Road.  To receive and discuss an application for a septic system replacement
  within the regulated area.

 Application #07-17, John and Katherine Cavanaugh (owners), Peak Engineering (Tom
 Quinn), agent, 10 Beech Lane.  To receive and discuss an application for installation
 of septic system within 100’ of designated wetlands.
