II.        REGULATORY
            
                Application #07-11, Cameron and Carol Burr, 19 Goodsell Hill Road.  Received
                6/05/07.  Discussion and possible vote on an application to construct portion of single
             family dwelling, well, roof and footing drain outlets within 100 ft. of a pond.  Site
              Walk 6/08/07.

                Application #07-12, David and Paige Petrie, 14 Great Pasture Road.  Received
                6/05/07.  Discussion and possible vote on an application to tear down old garage and
               shed and build new garage within the regulated area.  Site Walk 6/08/07.

 Application #07-13, Marlene and Christopher Kopec, 49 Deacon Abbott Road.  To
  Receive and discuss an application to install an inground swimming pool
  approximately 77’ from a  wetland.

  Application #07-14 Paul Shiverick/Matt Meehan (owners), North Point Construction  
  (Mark  Giumarra), agent, 226 Poverty Hollow Road and 230 Poverty Hollow Road.
 To receive and discuss an application to cut back briar, remove dead wood and to
 remove debris piles.

 to remediate small runoff at holding pond from road and property ground water.
