The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to hear appeals of tax assessments for the 2010 Grand List.
The Board heard the following appeal(s):
4 Long Ridge Road
Total Assessment $ 615,600
Appellants Opinion of Fair Market Value on October 1, 2007 500,000
Two parcels: $400,000 and $100,000 respectively.
The Board will hear the remaining appeals on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and carried unanimously at 5:36 p.m.
