Appellant had two issues: In 2004 2 utility poles were installed, and in 2005, a transition station was put in; and a detention basin that takes up one third of the property. Appellant feels that it should be taken into account that that this detention basin is a service of drainage for the area.

Appellant states that there are 2 miscalculations on the assessment: space listed as office/ studio is neither. It is a Japanese teahouse, intended to be used for tea ceremonies. There is no heat or water in this structure. Also, the residence is listed as a 3 bedroom and is a 2 bedroom. There is no flat land, it is all rocky topography. Two decks are listed, and there is only one; there is a wooden walkway around the house.
