The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to finalize review of applications submitted for real estate and personal property appeals of the 2008 Grand List, and to begin deliberations of the appeals.
The Board heard the following two appeals:

The Board began deliberations at 9:30 a.m. Each appeal was thoroughly discussed and carefully considered. Notes were made on each individual application form, changes were made where determined to be necessary and those changes were noted on revised field cards. The applications were signed by the Board members and a copy of the revised field card and or a copy of the signed application containing the Boards notes will be sent to the individual appellants within seven (7) days of this decision day, certified return receipt mail. Originals will be retained in the files of the Assessors office.
