The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
The Board heard 2 appeals: 134 Umpawaug Road and 50 and 54 Wayside Lane.

Deliberative Session began at 9:35 a.m.

214 Redding Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to add a 5% functional reduction and change the sketch to reflect a slab, not a basement.

2 Main Street: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.

20 Old Mill Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to increase the external obsolescence from 5% to 10%.

30 Peaceable Street: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the condition factor from average to fair.

28 Peaceable Street: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to adjust the land factor from 1.0 to .90.

14 Old Redding Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to increase the railroad reduction from 10% to 15% and lower the grade from A- to B+.

5 Old Hattertown Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the land factor from .5 to .1

10 Mark Twain Lane: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.

102 Limekiln Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that this is an administrative adjustment correcting the UC code.

65 Wayside Lane: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to apply a 5% reduction for wetlands and topography.

22 Umpawaug Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to lower the grade from a B+ to a B-.

7 Great Pasture Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the condition from good to average.

73 Drummer Lane: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to apply a 5% reduction for topography.

151 Poverty Hollow Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made and the Assessor will check with the building department regarding condition and permits.

31 Pine Mountain Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.

54 Sanfordtown Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the condition from average to fair.

32 Starrs Ridge Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that the floor be changed from hardwood to carpet and the basement be changed from a 4 to a 3.

3 Sunnyview Drive: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.

99 Topstone Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to correct the sketch to reflect no full upper story, change the bath style to average and the bedroom count from 5 to 4.

9 Windy Hill Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the land condition factor from, 75 to .60.

186 Lonetown Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the condition from average to fair.

9 Picketts Ridge Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.

61 Whortleberry Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to have the Assessor do further evaluation.

68 Goodridge Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.

73 Redding Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that this is an administrative adjustment and the Assessor will verify the square footage.

24 Ridgewood Drive: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously reduce the land factor by 5%.

13 Woods Way: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the number of whirlpool tubs from 1 to 0.

56 Portland Avenue, Unit 21: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to apply a10% reduction for external obsolescence.

56 Portland Avenue, Unit 19: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to apply a 15% reduction for external obsolescence.

12 Farview Farm Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.

61 Hill Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously  to change the grade from an A+ to B+ and the condition from good to fair.

41 Simpaug Turnpike: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously
that no change be made. The Board then voted to amend the prior motion and change the land condition factor from .20 to .10. The Board voted unanimously to approve the amended motion.

57 Deacon Abbott Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the depreciation code from good to fair.

45 Deacon Abbott Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.

17 Deacon Abbott Road: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to change the site adjustment factor from 5 to 4.

15 Deacon Abbott Lane South: After discussion and careful consideration the Board voted unanimously that no change be made.
