Congress granted Redding its first U.S. Post Office in 1809. Today, the Town has three post offices. The West Redding Post Office delivers mail to homes and rents post office boxes. The Redding Center Post Office, across from Town Hall, rents post office boxes. And the Redding Ridge Post office rents post office boxes. They all serve the needs of our citizens to buy stamps and mail letters and packages.
