Redding Public Schools: Redding Elementary School, John Read Middle School, and Joel Barlow High School serve the Town of Redding.

The Redding Board of Education is responsible for Redding Elementary School and John Read Middle School. Joel Barlow High School is shared with Easton under the direction of the Region #9 Board of Education.
